Important note

Our transport services are subject to general terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of TCSAA. TCSAA can never be held liable for delays, e.g. due to traffic jams, breakdowns, weather conditions, etc. resulting in you missing your flight. You should therefore take enough time to arrive at the airport, so that you can still be at the airport on time in case of a delay. TCSAA reserves the right to cancel a transfer at the last moment due to force majeure such as traffic chaos, weather conditions, attacks, However, you can rest assured that we will do everything in our power to prevent cancellation.

Cancel?

Up to 24 hours before the ride. After that we are obliged to charge you for the full fare.

Children up to the age of 12?

In the Netherlands children have to sit in a car seat or on a booster seat until the age of 12 or when they reach a height of 135 cm, whichever comes first. From then on, your child's proportions will be the size of a small adult, which means that the car seat belt will be in the correct position across their chest. This then provides adequate and safe protection in the event of a collision. This is NOT REQUIRED in the Taxi. If you want to use a Maxicosi, a Childrens Seat or a booster seat for safety reasons please indicate this in advance when booking online, these will be provided free of charge.

Wheelchairs, dogs, golf bags, bicycles etc.?

If you are travelling with a wheelchair, golf bag, bicycle, dog or other large items of luggage, please indicate this in advance when booking online. Usually, the standard transport rate applies, but there are exceptions.  Dogs preferably in a bench.

Changes in time of arrival or departure?

Please let us know as soon as possible.

Flight delay?

If your flight is delayed more than 45 minutes, please let us know by phone (no text message!!).

Waiting time?

The waiting time for our drivers at the airport is maximum 1 hour after landing of the plane. After that we charge 40,00 euro per hour.

Meeting point at the airport?

The evening before departure the driver will contact you where he or she will meet you or you can call the 24 hours service number tel: +31203086718.

The planning department will then be able to tell you where to meet and who the driver is on duty. Also, as soon as you land your plane, turn on your mobile phone so that the driver can contact you if necessary.

Payment?

Payment is made in cash to the driver on arrival at your destination. Payment by credit card is also possible. You can also pay in advance in a safe environment via Ideal, Paypal or bank transfer.

Picking up more people along the way?

This is possible but please indicate this when booking online for a correct price quotation.
